Mac Technigue: Apple Developer website is 403 Forbidden with Google Chrome browser after Christmas holiday

I used to work with Google Chrome browser on Mac. The Apple Developer website worked fine.

The strange thing happens with the Christmas holiday shutdown of this website. Until today (January 5, 2016), the Chrome browser always shows "403 Forbidden" and "nginx". The holiday should have finished already.

After searching for this issue, I found this site:
http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/developer.apple.com.html

The analysis result of this site says:
Developer.apple.com is UP
The website is probably down just for you...

So I check the Apple Developer website with Safari of my iPad. The site is working!
Then I check the website with Safari on Mac. The website is working too!
This issue is related to the Google Chrome browser for Mac.

Hence I try to reset Google Chrome by selecting the button with three horizontal bars at the right of the URL address bar.
Select Settings.

Scroll down to the bottom and select Show advanced settings...

Select Reset settings.

In the Reset settings dialog, select Reset.

The Apple Developer website then works properly with Google Chrome.
